|Recommended: YesReview of Block 20 — Great college living space, love he community feel and the proximity to campus
|Recommended: YesA comfortable and stylish property — The property and buildings are clean. It can be nerve-racking at first because you can hear just about everything outdoors. Aside from that, it is a beautiful property
|Recommended: NoPoorly maintained outside. — Outside is beyond disgusting. Poop, cigarette butts, and trash is EVERYWHERE
|Recommended: YesVery nice and modern — Very nice, walk in closet is awesome
|Recommended: YesBlock 20 — Block 20 was a great place to live. The apartment was spacious and modern.
|Recommended: YesBest you’re gonna get — Even though best you’re gonna get May sound like all the options are mediocre, in this case most of the options are mediocre but block 20 is above all. There are obviously a few problems as there will be with any student residency, but nothing unmanageable and by far one of if the not, the best option for off campus living from university at buffalo.
|Recommended: YesGood — It is good but the shuttle always have problems
|Recommended: YesWhat do I think of the what I can’t see it. — It’s nice but it’s a little pricey.

Hi Shin, We would love to hear about what changes you would like to see at Block20. We can only get better by receiving good feedback from our residents so if you would like to sit down with a manager to discuss this, please stop down to the office and set up a meeting!
|Recommended: NoOverpriced with many strict rules — This is an average apartment with an above average rent cost. For the amount of space that is defined as your own, it is not worth the rates that they charge. The office hours are quite narrow. I, and others I am sure, leave for the day before the office opens and are unable to return before they close. This makes doing business getting hep difficult. They charge an outrages amount of money 70 to let you in your own room apartment after the office closes if you are locked out even though someone on property has a key to let you in with ease. The way the parking lot is constructed a long straight away has resulted in people going 40-50 MPH in the parking lot posing a danger to pedestrians and those trying to park pull out. The walls are very thin to the point you can hear conversations very clearly from any room. There is no way to break a lease even if your life is threatened literally i.e. a roommate physically harms you, your mental health is at stake, etc. Storage drawers are quite small and the mattress is cheap. I plan on moving out as soon as I can.
Hi Journi, Thank you for your feedback. If you need to speak with someone, we can always arrange to meet outside of our normal 10 AM - 7PM business hours. If you would like to discuss the other concerns you have with a manager, just send us an email and we can sit down and talk through everything!
|Recommended: YesIt’s worth living here — It feels like you are living at home you become close with your roommates and have a little more freedom than the dorms .
